You are invited to reflect upon and to strategise how you might develop collaborative leadership strategies to build connectivity across learning spaces within schools for school improvement.

‘Where do we need to recalculate, refocus, and refine our practices’ using the well-researched 14 Parameters as the vehicle?’ If you know what works – and what you need to do, how long will you wait until every student is growing and achieving at the expected level? Illiteracy is unacceptable. How great is your sense of urgency? How long will you wait?

Leaders and Teachers to PAUSE before the close of the school year and ask three questions of their stakeholders.

Currently school leaders are faced with the dilemmas faced while navigating schools through the global pandemic. We are living the experience of day to day leadership adaptability. This would seem to be a most appropriate time for leaders to inquire with and listen to both they head and heart on how they might enact leadership that makes a positive impact on learning and wellbeing.

We have experienced a barrage of change per nano-second the past two years! Change is our only constant in education during these tumultuous times. What do we need to ‘stay the course’ in growing, learning, leading and living? I think the answer for all of us is: ‘adapt-ability’ – the 6th leadership dimension in CLARITY.
